Cycle to Work enables you to purchase a bicycle and/or cycling safety equipment up to the value permitted by your employer and pay for it through your salary via Salary Sacrifice. The cost of the bicycle is collected from your salary before you pay tax and National Insurance, saving you over 28% off high street prices, with no upfront cost.

You can opt to take safety equipment without a bicycle, if you are only ordering safety equipment the minimum order value is £100. Safety equipment includes pedals, mudguards, tyres, pumps, lights, locks, cycle clothing (must include some reflective/hi-vis details) drinks bottles, tools and saddles.

You can use virtually any bicycle retailer you wish but the cycle must be new. This could be a local shop or a national chain. E-bikes are also permitted under the scheme.
